SMS Terms & Conditions

1. Program Description
When you opt in to the EZ Owner Finance / JK III Management LLC text messaging program, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages at the mobile number you provided. Messages may include property alerts, application and lease updates, payment reminders, appointment and showing information, and promotional offers.
2. Consent Is Not a Condition of Purchase
Your consent to receive text messages is not required to buy, rent, finance, or apply for any property or service. You may opt out at any time (see Section 5).
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies, up to 10 messages per month, depending on your activity and the properties or services you are interested in.
4. Message & Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. EZ Owner Finance does not charge for the messages, but your carrier may.
5. How to Opt Out (STOP)
You can cancel the text messaging program at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. After you send STOP, we will send a final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive messages from us unless you opt in again.

7. Carriers
Supported carriers include major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and is not guaranteed.
8. Privacy — We Do Not Share Your Opt-In Data
We respect your privacy. Mobile information, including your phone number and SMS opt-in/consent, will NOT be shared with, sold to, or rented to any third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We use it only to deliver the messages you requested and to support the program. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
9. Changes
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date below reflects the most recent version.
